For Amazon Books:  

We act as an affiliate for Amazon and sell e-books, hardcopy books, paperbacks, and digital downloadable books through Amazon’s platform. As such, our refund policy is governed by Amazon’s policies.

E-books: Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund for an e-book through Amazon. To request a refund, please contact Amazon directly.

Hardcopy and Paperback Books: Customers have 30 days from the time of delivery to request a refund for a hardcopy or paperback book through Amazon. The book must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and with the original receipt. To request a refund, please contact Amazon directly.

If you have any questions or concerns about Amazon’s refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact Amazon directly. We are here to help facilitate your purchase and answer any questions you may have, but the ultimate decision on refunds is made by Amazon.

For Our Digital Downloads:

Digital Downloadable Books: Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds for digital downloadable books once they have been downloaded. However, before making your purchase, we request you to review the product title & description.   Preview any available samples to ensure it meets your expectations.

For Our Physical Store Products

Please review the following carefully.

IPENIT BOOK HOUSE offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please send a video.

b. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content. In other words, a customer has sent the complaint (Through PayPal Dispute or other Gateway, e-mail, etc.).

c. The products need to be returned to designated associated warehouses of Ipenit Book House where our Dispute Team takes care of all returns in Disputes.

Except for the important interpretation, Ipenit Book House will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

1. Orders Delayed.arrow down1

Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from our associate warehouse. Following countries and shipping methods may be different:

a. For orders shipped to the USA, it will be counted 45 days after orders departed from our warehouse.

b. For Brazil, it is after 110 days counting from the date that order departed from our associate warehouse due to the strict customs clearance at Brazil.

c. For China Post Registered Air Mail and liquid line to all counties, Ipenit Book House will deal with your dispute for delayed orders after 100 days counting from the date that order departed from our associated warehouse.

d. For some special shipping methods, Ipenit Book House cannot deal with your disputes. (See the following important interpretation)


Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.

2. Orders not Received.arrow down1

Ipenit Book House will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

a. If you didn’t receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

b. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:

a) Incorrect/insufficient address.

b) No such number.

c) Unknown recipient.

d) Refused.

e) Do not pick up in time.

f) No safe delivery location.

g) Uncleared customs.

h) Others.


a. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, You need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, Ipenit Book House takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

b. If the logistics company provides return service to China, Ipenit Book House will put the products in your private inventory and will not refund them when we receive the returned items.

c. Ipenit Book House cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies.

3. Products Damaged.arrow down1

Ipenit Book House offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.

Ipenit Book House offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).


a. For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.

b. For damaged packing boxes, Ipenit Book House  cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.

c. For ordinary products, You should complain or open a dispute  within 5 days after packages are delivered.

d. For electronic products, You should complain or open a dispute within 10 days after packages are delivered.

Ipenit Book House has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Ipenit Book House will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

a. For incorrect products, Ipenit Book House offers a full refund or replacement.

b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., Ipenit Book House offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your clients’ complaint including name, content and date.

c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, Ipenit Book House may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, Ipenit Book House will resend the product only.

d. For accessories, Ipenit Book House will resend the accessories.


For size problem, Ipenit Book House will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

5. Orders Cancellation.arrow down1

For orders cancellation, Ipenit Book House offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.

a. After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.

Important Interpretation

1. Deadline of Opening Dispute.arrow down1

You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.


a. For bulk purchase orders, the close date usually is around 30 days.

b. Dispute will be closed automatically if the order has been closed and you have not responded for seven consecutive days.

2. Force Majeure.arrow down1

Ipenit Book House takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, Ipenit Book House will notify you by Ipenit Book House Chat, Skype, Email, Line, WhatsApp etc.

3. Shipping Method Limits.arrow down1

Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrived at some Countries, States, or Cities. Ipenit Book House lists those shipping methods in advance and will not accept any disputes when you choose those shipping methods to some countries, including:

PostNL, Turkey Post, Swiss Post, Electric PostNL to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Brazil, the overseas territories and overseas island areas;


For DHL, the remote addresses will be charged additional cost.

4. Destination Limits.arrow down1

Due to limited international transportation, Ipenit Book House will not accept any disputes when your orders are shipped to the following countries:

Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana.

5. Return Shippingarrow down1

Shipping of Returned Item/s (e.g., Educational Toys/Puzzles/Book/s)

Products can be returned to Ipenit Book House associated warehouses only. But we do not suggest returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at Ipenit Book House associated Warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way.

For a seamless return process, kindly ensure that your full name, pertinent details, and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase accompany the returned product/s. Please note that you will bear the responsibility of covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

It is important to note that shipping costs for your initial purchase are non-refundable. Therefore, if your refund request is approved for the item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. In other words, you will receive a refund solely for the purchase price/cost of the returned item.

When shipping returned items valued above $50, we highly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance. While we strive for the smooth receipt of your returned item, we cannot guarantee its arrival at our facilities.

6. Product Condition:

iPenit Book House will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 30 days of you receiving the item.

The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.

7. Return Options and Fees:  

The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.

iPenit Book House provides a 90 day warranty period.

If you would like to issue a warranty claim, the claim should be submitted within 90 days of you receiving the package.

The return shipping will be pre-paid for by the customer, however, we will reimburse you once the warranty claim is successful.

Upon the acquirement of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
