At Ipenit Book House, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Must be in the original packaging.
• Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
• Digital downloads and eBooks are non-refundable.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect items.
• We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Non-Delivery Claims

If your order shows ‘Delivered’ but was not received:

• A non-delivery certificate from your local post office is required.
• Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

4. Delayed Orders

Orders are considered delayed if not delivered within:

• 45 days for U.S. shipments.
• 60–100 days for international shipments.

Refunds or reshipments will be initiated accordingly.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once the order is processed, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Digital Download  items cannot be canceled after payment.

6. Returns Process

To initiate a return:

• Wait for our return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

7. Exceptions & Limitations

• We are not liable for delays or damage caused by events outside our control (Force Majeure).
• Shipping method limitations and destination restrictions apply.
• Returned products must be sent to our designated warehouse, unless stated otherwise.
