At Ipenit Book House, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality books, activity kits, and educational toys to our customers across the United States. This Shipping Policy explains our order handling, delivery timelines, and customer support process.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday). You’ll receive a tracking code via email shortly after your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 4 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@ipenitbooks.com. Changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

After shipping, you will receive an email containing your order tracking number. Most tracking numbers become active within 2–4 hours.
We only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Remote or PO box addresses may experience slight delays.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@ipenitbooks.com. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
• If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
• If items are damaged upon arrival, please send us photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
All items come with a 90-day warranty. To initiate a return, please contact us. We will reimburse return shipping after product inspection if the claim is approved.
